How to make a “Fire in the Cloud

Time Required:
2 days (or more if you want extra fire)

Ingredients:

  • 1 part “fiery” tequila
  • 2 parts St. Germaine
  • 2 parts lime juice
  • A splash of soda water
  • Garnish: 1 slice of habernero chile or lime wedge
  • Optional: a splash of orange juice (If you want to make it a bit more like Echo Lane orange)

First, create the fire:  infuse white tequila (Cazadoras Blanco) with 2 Habenero peppers for 24 hours  (this is the key to the ‘fire,’ infuse longer for more heat).

Next, build your drink.  Mix all of the ingredients and serve on the rocks.  Try an old fashioned or highball glass.  Enjoy!
